Sample Sequence

Sample Sequence plays StartClip, a clip from MiddleClips, then EndClip. Each entry is a named clip from the graph's mapping. Use this for an action with an intro, a repeatable middle, and an outro.

  • Loop repeats the middle section while enabled.
  • PlaybackSpeed controls playback speed; In Speed overrides it.
  • RootMotionAmount scales constant root motion from the sampled clips.
  • In Start starts or restarts the sequence.
  • In Loop overrides Loop. Turn it off to allow the middle section to finish and proceed to the end.
  • Clip Index selects a middle clip by zero-based index. If unconnected or out of range, a middle clip is selected randomly.

Out Pose carries the sampled pose. Out On Middle Started, Out On End Started, and Out On Finished report progress. Connect these triggers to events or other playback nodes.

Use clips authored to join cleanly at their boundaries. For cross-fades between independent actions, use Pose Switch.
